Microneedling

Microneedling is a minimally invasive skincare treatment designed to rejuvenate the skin by stimulating its natuaral healing processes. Using a device with fine, sterile needles, microneedling creates tiny, controlled punctures in the skin's surface. This process triggers collagen and elastin production, which helps to improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, scars, stretch marks, and uneven skin texture

Suitable for ALL skin types, microneedling can lead to smoother, firmer, and more radiant skin, making it a popular choice for those looking to enhance their complexion naturally. Results improve over multiple sessions with minimal downtime.

Mesotherapy (with Microneedling)

Mesotherapy is a minimally invasive cosmetic treatment that involves injecting a customised mixture of vitamins, enzymes, hormones and other active ingredients into the mesoderm, which is the middle layer of the skin. It is used to rejuvenate and tighten the skin, improve blood circulation, and target issues such as acne, rosacea, blood spots, scarring, fat reduction, cellulite, stretch marks, and hair loss

Depending on the desired outcome, the formulation might include ingredients like hyaluronic acid (for hydration), peptides (for collagen stimulation), or amino acids. Mesotherapy can be applied to areas like the face, neck, décolletage, and even the scalp.

Multiple sessions are recommended, and the results can vary based on the treatment goal, whether it's facial rejuvenation or body contouring. Since it's non-surgical, mesotherapy generally has minimal downtime, though patients may experience swelling or bruising at the injection site.

Chemical Skin Peels

A chemical skin peel is a cosmetic treatment designed to improve the appearance of the skin by applying a chemical solution to exfoliate and remove the damaged outer layers. This treatment is commonly used to reduce fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, hyper-pigmentation, and uneven skin tone, and to promote overall skin rejuvenation.

There are three main types of chemical peels:

  • Light Peel: uses mild acids to gently exfoliate the outermost layer of skin (epidermis). This type of peel is ideal for mild skin concerns and provides a fresh, glowing complexion with minimal downtime.

  • Medium Peel: uses stronger acids like Jessner's solution to penetrate the middle layer of the skin. Medium peels target deeper wrinkles, acne scars and uneven skin tone. They result in more noticeable skin peeling and may require a few days recovery.

  • Deep Peel: uses powerful acids like phenol to deeply penetrate the skin, removing the most damaged layers. This peel is used for severe wrinkles, deep scars, and sun-damaged skin. Deep peels offer dramatic results but involve significant peeling., redness, and downtime, sometimes lasting several weeks.

After a chemical peel, it is essential to follow proper post-treatment care, including moisturising, avoiding sun exposure and using sunscreen as the skin is particularly sensitive during the healing process.
